"March 18, 1993/The Aero Club of Southern California/Salutes…/Tony LeVier/Lockheed Chief Experimental Test Pilot/and Director of Flying Operations (Ret.)" Signed on a portrait of LeVier on the cover. From 1928-1993, Lockheed Test Pilot Tony LeVier flew 260 different airplanes on over 24,000 flights, chalking up more than 10,000 hours.
